Glenhafod Park Stadium is situated at the far end of the village of Goytre close to the
Riding Holiday Centre . To reach the ground depart the M4 Motorway at Junction 40. Go over the first mini-roundabout and follow the road to a T-Junction signposted Goytre/Goetre. Turn left at this T-Junction. Travel straight on for one mile through the village until you reach the ground on your left hand side. There is plenty of car parking at the ground.
The social club, a former miners canteen is on your left, the social club has been improved over the years and remains the oldest building on the site. Inside there is a fully licensed bar, pool room, darts room and a room called the ‘Green Room’ which has many pictures of the clubs progress both on and off the field.
Glenhafod Park Stadium has a capacity of
3,000 with seating for 275 spectators. The seats for the impressive Boris Suhanski Stand - named after the founder of the club - were purchased from
the old Cardiff Arms Park and are set three rows deep, the stand straddles the half way line and incorporates the dugouts below. Four floodlight pylons are situated on either side of the ground. There is covered shelter behind the near goal close to the
Corner Flag Refreshment Bar and Club Shop. The record attendance at Glenhafod Park Stadium was
526 in 2006 for a Welsh League Match with Neath Athletic.
Three sides of the ground are open with hard standing all around the pitch, the ground is set in some stunning scenery and traces of the original football field, that ran in the opposite direction to the existing ground can still be seen. Admission to the ground is £4.00 with our programme priced at £1.00. Wheelchairs can easily be accommodated at Glenhafod Park Stadium
at Gate 3 and entrance to the social club is accessible. Oap Concessions are
£2.00 and Children £1.00.
If you are travelling to the ground by public transport the nearest railway station is Port Talbot Parkway situated two miles away. A number 23 bus from Port Talbot bus station will take you to within a couple of minutes walking distance of the ground. Taxis also operate from the railway station and bus station.
